Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference changes
However — if there is anything wrong with your order, we will make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or defective in any way, contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue. We will replace it or refund you at no cost.
Order Issues / Defects
If your item has a printing flaw, damage, or was not what you ordered, we will:
- Reprint and reship the item free of charge, or
- Issue a full refund
(These cases are covered by our production partner.)
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost after the carrier’s investigation window.
Wrong Size Ordered
Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for size issues.
However, we offer a one‑time 70% discount on a replacement size as a courtesy.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
