SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING  
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.  
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES  
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after production  
Shipping times may vary based on carrier volume, weather, and destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

SHIPPING RATES  
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.  
Orders over $50 qualify for FREE standard shipping within the United States.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION  
Each item is printed specifically for you at the time of purchase.  
Because of this, orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on which production partner fulfills each item.

ADDRESS ACCURACY  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES  
If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost once the carrier confirms it cannot be delivered.  
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We will assist you, but we cannot refund orders marked as delivered.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS  
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue.  
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost.  
These cases are fully covered by our production partners.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS  
Orders can be canceled or changed within 2 hours of purchase.  
After production begins, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
